Shipment and delivery

Your orders will be shipped from Fabrique by Ambali warehouse in France. Your orders will be shipped as quickly as possible by Fabrique by Ambali. To fasten logistics, it may happen that your order of several articles is split in different packages or that some products are shipped directly by the designer. In this case, you will be informed accordingly.
The average delivery time before a product is dispatched is indicated on each product page. For specific orders, the shipping time will be confirmed by Fabrique by Ambali or the designer.

Fabrique by Ambali delivers orders in France and to more than 50 countries worldwide. The delivery in metropolitan France (including Corsica) is handled by the quick and reliable Colissimo service of La Poste. The order will be delivered directly to your home or workplace, and for convenience, deposit at your nearest post office if you are away. 

The shipment prices are : France (8€), rest of Europe (20€), rest of the world (35€)

In Paris, a courrier delivery is also available on a selection of products. 

Worldwide delivery is handled in Europe by International Colissimo (French Post). Delivery will normally be made within 24 to 72 hours according to the countries. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will revert again on the next day. If you absent again, the parcel will be re-delivered to our office in Paris. The shipment is charged and the cost varies depending on the types of article and the country of destination.
Fabrique by Ambali takes charge of all the import taxes and duties for orders delivering to countries outside European Union, in other words, the price paid on Fabrique by Ambali is the final price for the order. 

In both cases, you will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the status of the delivery online. In order to receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you present an address where you will be present during working hours (e.g. your office), or you can provide address of someone who can receive the parcel for you (e.g. your concierge).
